On Thursday, January 12th, students in the Gifted & Talented program at AES, CCMS, and CCHS participated in the Day of Dance workshop with the Louisville Ballet Outreach Program. Dancers from the Louisville Ballet School taught students about elements of dance, as well as ballet history, vocabulary, and steps. Participants learned to Plié (bend), Élevé (rise), and Sauté (jump). This energetic program had students up and dancing in no time!
