The students in Mrs. Presley Sutton’s art classes at Clinton County High School created the school district’s banner for the 82nd annual Kentucky School Boards Association Conference in March. Each year, school districts are asked to submit banners – created by students - for display at the KSBA conference. This year’s theme was “Kentucky School Boards: Adapting and Achieving.”
