CCHS Academic Team Places 2nd at JV Challenge

The CCHS Academic Team (grades 9-10) participated in their first virtual competition in the Section 8 JV Challenge on Saturday, November 8th at Clinton County High School. The team placed 2nd overall, 2nd in quick recall, and the following students placed in written assessment:

• Tyler Guffey (5th in Science and 4th in Social Studies)

• Loren Little (2nd in Composition and 2nd in Language Arts)

• Evan Little (4th in Science and 2nd in Arts & Humanities)

• Caleb Marcum (3rd in Science)

 

Evan Little also placed 7th overall in the state in Arts & Humanities!  The entire academic team, grades 9-12, will compete in District Governor’s Cup competition on January 23rd.
