Gifted and Talented students from AES, CCMS, and CCHS enjoyed a tour of the University of the Cumberlands on Friday, December 5th. Students were greeted by the admissions counselor in the music building, where many received free t-shirts and sunglasses during a trivia game about the university. Current UC students guided the Clinton County students on a tour of the campus, visiting lecture halls, classrooms, gymnasium, chapel, residence halls, and more! The visit concluded with the unique experience of an Elizabethan-style Christmas Ball at the Madrigal Dinner in the dining hall. The period-costumed Chamber Choir entertained with Christmas songs as the meal was served in five separate courses.
