The Elementary Academic Team advanced to the Regional Governor's Cup competition Tuesday, March 17th and Saturday, March 21st at Gamaliel Elementary in Monroe County. Two students placed in Written Assessment: Loren Little (1st in Language Arts) and Evan Little (1st in Arts & Humanities). The Quick Recall team placed 4th. The FPS team placed 6th. The elementary team placed 5th overall. The team is coached by Mrs. Ashley Braswell-Shelton and Mrs. Danielle Hicks.
