Over 500 people attended the event, including 148 runners in the 5K and over 200 persons in the 1K. The 1K participants received a medallion upon crossing the finish line. The first 25 runners who crossed the finish line in the 5K received roses, donated by City Florist. Trophies were awarded to the top three male and female runners in each category of the 5K. The trophies were donated by Ricky Craig of First Place Trophies. All participants received a t-shirt. Through the event, the Healthy Hometown Coalition raised over $1,500.00 for a new merry-go-round at Mountain View Park! Thanks to everyone who participated in any way!
