Albany Elementary School held a Family Literacy / Title I Night on Thursday, March 2, 2017 in celebration of Read Across America Day. Students enjoyed fun and games related to Dr. Seuss and literacy as they rotated through stations. Books, backpacks, and t-shirts were given away as prizes. Students also enjoyed a surprise visit from the Cat in the Hat. Special thanks to Keisha Garrett, Gregory Graphics, Upchurch Carpet, 21st Century Community Learning Center, and others who helped make this the biggest night ever! Reading Rocks!!!
