The students enrolled in the Clinton County Area Technology Center, along with the Instructors Billie Frye, RN and Cindy Albertson, RN, recently collected items for persons battling cancer. The “Chemo Care Kits” contained items such as blankets, hand sanitizers, lotions, water bottles, word search puzzles, Chap Stick, tissues, and hard candies. The “Chemo Care Kits” were taken to Lifeline Home Health in Albany and Quality Home Health in Byrdstown, TN to be delivered to patients in need. This project gave the students an opportunity to help persons and their families battling a disease that impacts so many people in our community.
