It’s the Season of Giving!

Posted On: Tuesday, December 4, 2018

The Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) at the Southern Kentucky Early College and Career Academy (SoKY ECCA), along with their Instructors/Advisors Billie Frye, RN and Ashley King, RN, collected items for annual Operation Christmas Child shoe box drive. The donated items brought in by the students included school supplies, personal hygiene items, and toys. The students collected enough supplies to fill ten Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. The boxes are sent to needy children all over the world. A special thank you goes out to all the students and their families who took the time to purchase and prepare the items, community members who donated money to help with the shipping cost, as well as Cave Springs Baptist Church, who took the donated boxes to the appropriate location.

HOSA students participate in the annual packing of shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child!
