The Southern Kentucky Early College & Career Academy (formerly Clinton County Area Technology Center) held a Career Academy Induction Ceremony and Open House on Tuesday, March 26th. School tours were led by student ambassadors, and student work was on display in classrooms and workshops. Students and parents had the opportunity to learn about career pathways and transition planning. Representatives from Campbellsville University and Somerset Community College were available to discuss their dual credit options, as well as certificate programs and college courses. Pre-nursing students conducted blood pressure screenings. During the induction ceremony, over 300 high school students were inducted into six career academies at SoKY ECCA, including Medical Arts, Business & Information Technology, Welding, Industrial Maintenance, Carpentry, and Automotive. The Southern Kentucky Early College & Career Academy serves students in Clinton and Cumberland Counties.
