The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

2021-2022

The Clinton County School District will be participating in the Seamless Summer Option of National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program. As part of this program, Albany Elementary, Clinton County Early Childhood Center, Clinton County Middle School, and Clinton County High School will offer healthy breakfast and lunch every school day at NO COST to all enrolled students and children age 18 and younger for school year 2021-2022. Students and all community children age 18 and younger will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit a household application.

Clinton County School District is proud to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) which provides FREE Breakfast and Lunch to ALL Students enrolled in Clinton County Early Childhood Center, Albany Elementary School, Clinton County Middle School and Clinton County High School.
