On April 16, 2019, Albany Elementary School hosted a Trapped in Math Class themed Family Math and Literacy Night. Students used their math and literacy skills to solve problems and "escape" the math classrooms. The 3rd and 4th grade English Language Arts teachers also provided parents a KPREP workshop that gave an overview of the upcoming state assessments. They provided schedules, academic standards review, and tips for success. AES would like to thank everyone who was able to attend and support the students. They would also like to thank the AES faculty and staff for making this night a huge success!
