The students at Albany Elementary School who had Drama, Music, Art , and Physical Education for related arts classes during the third six weeks of school demonstrated their skills in the arts by performing plays, singing, dancing, and exhibiting art projects for parents, peers, and staff on December 18th. Students performed before large audiences in the gymnasium.

Imagine an artist creating a masterpiece before your eyes in mere moments, with a palette that also mixes captivating vocals, intricate choreography, and exciting audience interaction.  Artrageous took students on a unique visual journey packed with wild inspiration, creativity, and fun!  The Artrageous troupe of artists, musicians, singers, and dancers paid tribute to a variety of art forms, pop icons, and musical genres culminating in a gallery of fabulous finished paintings.

On the last day of school, all students who had perfect attendance for the entire school year were awarded prizes, including trophies, bicycles, and "Bags of Sunshine."
