🎶 CCHS Band Camp is Almost Here! 🎶
Band camp begins July 27, and we can’t wait to get started!
📍 Location: CCHS Band Room
🚗 Drop-off/Pick-up: Back entrance by the greenhouse (behind the high school)
🗓️ Schedule:
• Week 1 (July 27–31): 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Week 2 (August 3–7): 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Lunch provided during Week 2.)
✅ Mandatory for all CCHS Band members.
🎺 8th grade band students planning to join marching band are encouraged to attend.

Due to recent staffing changes, student placement letters will not be available for pickup until Monday, July 27. Clinton County High School Dual Credit Enrollment Day
Students and a parent/guardian are encouraged to attend our Dual Credit Enrollment Day to complete the enrollment process for Somerset Community College on Thursday, July 16 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.at Clinton County High School.

There with be a district PTA meeting on Tuesday 7/7/26 at 5:30pm at CCMS.
Infinite Campus Online Registration Update:
Parents, we have corrected the link for online registration.
Clinton County Schools will use Infinite Campus Online Registration (OLR) for the upcoming school year. Parents/Guardians will need to complete their child’s demographic information online between July 1 and September 30.

Families will provide an email address, then receive a link from Infinite Campus to complete registration. Documents needed include a birth certificate, proof of residence, and immunization records.

And that’s a wrap on the 21st Century Summer Camp at Albany Elementary School! ☀️🎉
Our campers closed out the summer camp with a fun-filled day of tie-dye, ice cream sundaes, and amazing animal balloons! It was the perfect ending to weeks of learning, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
We loved having each and every camper and watching them learn, grow, make new friends, and have so much fun along the way. A huge thank you to our outstanding staff, school district, community partners, and families for making this summer such a success.
We hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the summer, and we can’t wait to see all of our campers again next year!
The 21st Century Summer Camp students at Albany Elementary truly turned learning inside out during their field trip to Dale Hollow State Park!
Campers participated in engaging educational programs led by park staff, including Wild Encounters, where they had the opportunity to explore and touch fascinating wildlife specimens such as deer antlers, bobcat fur, turtle shells, and more.
Students also enjoyed Nature Games, taking part in hands-on, wildlife-themed activities that taught them about animal behaviors, adaptations, and survival strategies—all while having fun outdoors.
It was a day filled with exploration, discovery, and unforgettable learning experiences. A special thank you to the staff at Dale Hollow State Park for hosting our students and providing such an outstanding educational adventure! We appreciate your partnership in helping our campers learn, grow, and connect with nature. 🌿🦌🐢💚

The Clinton County Boys and Girls Golf Teams will have a parent meeting at 76 Falls Golf Course on Monday, June 22nd at 6:30pm.
On Tuesday, the 21st Century Summer Camp students continued Turning Learning Inside Out with a special visit from the Clinton County Library!
Campers participated in engaging literacy activities and even went hunting for treasure. It was a fun-filled day of learning, adventure, and discovery.

Week 3 of 21st Century/AES Summer Camp has been packed with hands-on learning and fun! Campers have been launching rockets, making homemade ice cream, building bridges, designing and racing cars, and participating in many other exciting activities that bring learning to life.
Our students are having a fantastic time exploring, creating, and growing each day. We are so proud of their enthusiasm and curiosity as they continue to learn through meaningful experiences. We can’t wait to see what adventures and discoveries the final week of camp will bring! 🚀🏎️🍦🌉☀️

NOTICE OF VACANT CLINTON COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION SEAT
The Clinton County Board of Education is seeking applications for appointment to fill a vacancy on the Board representing seat District #1.
This appointment will be effective until the November 2026 regular election.
This is a public service position.
The appointee will not be employed by the Clinton County Public Schools.
Responsibilities include: setting policy to govern the District; hiring/evaluating the Superintendent; and levying taxes and adopting the District budget. Board members must:
• Be at least 24 years old and a Kentucky citizen for the last three years;
• Be a registered voter in the particular District of the vacancy;
• Have completed the 12th grade or have a GED certificate;
• Meet all other legal qualifications (KRS 160.180); and
• Complete required annual in-service training.
